Our 8-Night Northern Ireland tour is a comprehensive tour taking in some of the best and most famous sites and excursion stops as well as some great, largely unvisited, hidden gems along the northern half of Ireland. Starting at your desired pickup location in Dublin, and taking a counter-clockwise loop through Belfast, Derry, Donegal, and Galway, before returning to Dublin.

Day 1:
Pick up at Preferred Dublin location (airport or hotel)
Full day Dublin Tour
(Depending on flight times) Morning visit to Malahide Castle and Kilmainham Jail followed by a Panoramic City Tour and time permitting, the Guinness Storehouse.
Overnight in Dublin.
Day 2
Travel to Belfast
Morning visit to Newgrange then on to Castle Ward (the filming location for many scenes from the “Game Of Thrones” including “Winterfell”. Time permitting, a visit to the beautiful Belfast Castle with panoramic elevated views of Belfast City from the front lawn.
Overnight in Belfast (2 nights)
Day 3
Belfast Tour
Enjoy the famous 90 minutes “Black Cab Belfast City tour”. Visit the famous location of the building of the ill-fated ship the Titanic at “Titanic Belfast”. Possible free time to explore Belfast.
Day 4
Travel to Derry
Travel along the world-famous North Antrim Coastal Drive to Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge. Then on through Ballintoy Harbour with a possible photo-stop there (another famous “Game Of Thrones” filming location – The “Iron Isles”). The world-famous Giant’s Causeway is the highlight of today’s travels. Time permitting, a visit to the famous Bushmills Distillery.
Overnight in Derry
Day 5
Travel to Donegal
Travel through the quaint and rustic Inishowen peninsula and on to Malin Head, The Northernmost point of Ireland. Then on to visit Glenveagh national park and Castle before heading to Donegal.
Overnight in Donegal (2 nights)
Day 6:
Donegal Tour
After Breakfast, take the beautiful coastal drive to Sliabh Liag, the highest sea-cliffs in Europe, followed by a drive through the picturesque Glencolmcille before returning to Donegal and a possible to Donegal Castle (Time Permitting).
Day 7:
Travel to Galway
Start the Drive South towards Galway with a possible first stop at the world-famous Belleek Pottery. Then on to Mullaghmore, with the stunning, typical Wild Atlantic Way coastline and a great photo stop with the wonderful Classiebawn Castle in the background. After that, we head for Glencar Waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the country. A possible visit to Drumcliff graveyard could follow to see the last resting place of the famous Irish writer William Butler Yeats. The final of the day’s journey will be the drive to the medieval city of Galway.

Day 8:
Full-day Connemara tour
Today’s day could begin with a short Panoramic Galway city driving tour before heading out to the mountains, lakes, and valleys that make Connemara so famous. The first stop is a quick photo-stop at the famous “Quiet Man Bridge”, made famous in John Ford’s 1952 Movie “The Quiet Man” starring John Wayne and Maureen O’ Hara. We then head out to the beautiful fishing villages of Roundstone and Ballyconneelly, with another photo-stop at Mannin Bay beach (a stunning, secluded coral beach) before stopping off at the old market town of Clifden for a traditional Irish Pub Lunch. After lunch, we pay a visit to Kylemore Abbey and Gardens before crossing the Inagh Valley and traveling back to Galway.
Day 9
On day 9, Travel Back to Dublin to the preferred Drop off Location.
