About Glenbeg Tours
Glenbeg Chauffeur Drive Ltd (also trading as Glenbeg Tours) has been a registered company in Ireland since October 2016. It was set up by the experienced, qualified, and approved Tourist Guide and licensed Chauffeur Michael Duggan. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the Irish tourism industry. Having spent several years working with, and for, some of the best private Irish tour providers in the industry, Michael noticed that there was a demand in the market for a very high-end, customer-focused, luxury, private touring product. Hence the birth of Glenbeg Tours.
What We Are About
The primary focus of Glenbeg Tours is on small, private tours of Ireland, in luxury vehicles, driven by friendly, experienced, and licensed tour guides/drivers. Our staff can provide a fully custom-built private Irish tour itinerary for each tour catering to the varying likes and interests of each group so whether it’s Irish Castles and Stately Manor houses that excite you, or rugged mountains, waterfalls, and cliffs, or a good general mix of all, we can make it happen. We are happy to advise on accommodation in Ireland too so that you can avoid the uncertainty of wondering where to stay.
Local Irish Driver Guides
As local guides and drivers, we are comfortable showing you all the facets of Irish life. The Irish Language, Irish Culture, Irish Traditional Music, and old Irish Stories as handed down through the generations of Seanchaí (storytellers). Clients often ask us to try to bring them to some of the far-flung, tourist-free places – the hidden gems of Ireland! This is something we excel at! Quite often, the most enjoyable day is spent in a little old Irish pub listening to the old characters regale with their charm and wit… Or Blarney!
